​Our Conveyancing Department offers an efficient and personal service for all aspects of property work relating to our Trust and Probate matters.  You will be assisted by a dedicated lawyer who will build a relationship with you and guide you through each stage of the process.  For matters we do not handle in house we have relationships with external lawyers who will be able to assist.

• Transfer of all or part of your property to a Trust, either during your lifetime or on death.
• Advice on protecting Trusts where change of ownership is not possible due to the presence of a mortgage.
• Sales and purchases of Trust property - if you wish to sell and downsize to a smaller property, we can give a competitive quote for the work to be carried out.
• Transfer of property from sole to joint names to equalise estates.
• Placing restrictions or legal charges on property to protect Trust assets
• First registration of unreigistered titles
• Registration of titles where your deeds have been lost
